Abstract
Cardiovascular Health Exercise- is good for everyone and will help have strong healthy body in the long run unless you smoke and still exercise. an example is 10 smokers and 10 non-smokers who have been working out for ten years. They all looked the same but differ from the ten years, the non-smokers had better heart rates,and health conditions, and went to the doctors less often. and the smokers were getting clogged arteries from the tar building up in their body and having problems throughout their body because of all the smoke they induced over the years and they were going to the doctors more often. so this just means one thing smoking is bad for you and your body and it is not getting you anywhere for your health.
